about our service

How do I pay for my laundry?

After we collect your laundry, we take it to our facility, weigh it, and then message you a photo as proof together with your invoice. You can then pay cash on delivery, or pay online via PayPal or Wise.

What is the turnaround time?

Choose the speed that fits your holiday schedule. We offer Next Day service (24-28h) or Same Day Express (returned in 7-8 hours). In a rush? Our Super Express 3-Hour turnaround is available in Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Legian, and Kuta.

If I am not at my hotel during collection or delivery, what should I do?

If you are not at your hotel during collection or delivery, do not worry! We make this as convenient for you as possible. For pick up, just leave your laundry at a reception, bell desk, security, or any safe place, and we will take care of it. For deliveries, just inform us where and when you would like us to drop off your laundry. Besides, we are always available on WhatsApp in case you need any help.

In which areas do you offer free pickup and delivery?

Is my clothing washed with other people's?

No, absolutely not. You do not have to worry about that since each order is washed separately. We take care of your clothes!
