What is the turnaround time?

At BaliLaundry.com, we believe you should not have to wait for your laundry. That is why we offer a variety of turnaround times to suit your needs. Our 24h service is done by the next day, while our Same Day Express Laundry (7h turnaround from pickup time) will get you all of your clothing back as soon as possible.

In what areas of Bali do you provide service?

Our laundry service is available in the following areas of Bali: Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Kuta, Jimbaran, Kerobokan & Legian.

Do you wash my clothes with the clothes of others?

We would never put your clothes in with someone else's! Each order is washed separately. We will take good care of your clothes, so you can rest easy.

Pickup & Delivery

Do I need to weigh my clothes before collection?

Weighing your clothes before you send them in is a great way to ensure your order is accurately priced. But it is not something we ask of our customers - our team of laundry specialists will weigh your order on arrival at the facility, and then update your order with the weight and price.

What if I missed the pickup or delivery?

No problem. We will help you! Just contact our customer service team, and we will help you schedule a new day and time.

Washing & Care

Should I separate my laundry items?

We know it is a pain, but please do. It will ensure all your requirements are met. For color separation and service types, we strongly advise using separate bags.

Can you guarantee that my items will not be lost or damaged?

We know how important it is to you to have your items arrive safely. In the extremely rare case where loss or damage occurs, we will cover it. For your peace of mind, our refund policy covers loss or damage up to a maximum of IDR 1,000,000. Please have in mind that all claims must be made within 48 hours after delivery.

Payment & Pricing

How can I pay?

Paying for your order is quick and easy. You can pay for our laundry services online using PayPal or by Cash when we deliver your clothes.

Do you have a minimum charge?

Yes, we do have a minimum charge of the equivalent of 3kg. Let us say your laundry weighs 2kg, we will charge you the price of 3kg.

Can you split bags and process them separately?

Yes, we can certainly separate your laundry into different batches (e.g., Bag A, Bag B, Bag C) and issue separate invoices for each.

Please Note: When orders are split, we treat each bag as a unique order to ensure accuracy. This means the 3kg minimum charge applies to each bag individually (e.g., 3kg for Bag A + 3kg for Bag B), regardless of the total weight.
