Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy covers any loss or damage up to a maximum of IDR 1,000,000.

You must submit any claims within 48 hours of receiving your laundry. We cannot accept responsibility if any of the following conditions apply.

 

Personal Items Left in Pockets:

While our team makes every effort to check and empty all pockets before washing, we cannot guarantee that every item will be found and removed. BaliLaundry is not responsible for any damage to garments or loss of personal items resulting from objects left inside pockets during the laundering process. We kindly ask that customers double-check all pockets before handing over their laundry to help prevent any issues.

Color Fading:
While we always take care to separate whites and colored garments during the laundering process, there remains a possibility that some items may experience color fading or color transfer. Certain fabrics, especially those that are new, brightly colored, or not colorfast, are more prone to these changes. Please be aware that despite our best efforts and use of the highest standard procedures, color fading or transfer can still occur and is considered a normal risk associated with washing textiles.

Damage:
Damage such as fabric wear, thinning, or minor tears may occur as a result of normal use or during the washing process. These issues can arise regardless of where the laundry is serviced and are not covered.

Shrinkage:
We wash clothes in room-temperature water and use tumble dryers on a low heat. While we take great care with every item, in very rare cases some garments may shrink during the drying process due to heat exposure. This is a natural occurrence and depends on the fabric type, age, and other factors. BaliLaundry is not liable for shrinkage.
